An impressive kitchen doesn’t always have to be infused with the latest trends. Often, classic styles can define a great kitchen.
Architectural Digest found nine traditional kitchens that stand out. Included are a Philadelphia home that has mahogany cabinets, Miele ovens, a Viking cooktop, and Rohl sinks; an Austin, Texas, house that has white-oak cabinetry with a concrete-and-steel table; and a Houston home that has Knoll's Brno chairs surrounding an antique table, with neolithic Chinese pottery on display.
