Judging by stats like average IQ, SAT scores, and the percent of college graduates, Minnesota is one of the smartest states in the U.S.
OnlyInYourState.com ranked Minnesota’s smartest cities based on that criteria, and the site found that three cities — Minneapolis, St. Paul, and Bloomington — tied for first.
Also listed are Rochester, St. Cloud, and Minnetonka Beach, with the latter having the highest concentration of college graduates in the state, at 78 percent.
