San Francisco remains a popular place for home buyers. But, many residents are thinking of leaving.
Redfin reports that of its San Francisco users looking for a new home, one in four were searching for a new place outside of the city. The rate is up from one in seven in 2011.
Common new destinations for San Francisco users include nearby markets like Sacramento and Southern California, and also Washington, D.C., Austin, Denver, and Boston.
