Of the 15 cities listed, St. Louis' million dollar estate has the most square footage, 6,330 with a price-per-square-foot of $157. Built in 1894, the home includes a pool, covered patio, French doors to outdoor gardens, four fireplaces, five bedrooms and five bathrooms, and a gated foyer. Meanwhile, in LA, the million dollar home affords a buyer 1,355 square feet with a price-per-square-foot of $683, according to Redfin. Built in the 1920s, the Garvanza Park bungalow has a newly-renovated interior and paved patio.
