An ICF net-zero home built by Murphy Brothers Contracting was named one of the most innovative projects in the country at the ICF Builder Awards.
The Shore Road Project, as it was called, was named best in the “Small Residential” division, Proud Green Home reports.
The Old Greenwich coastal colonial-style home featured an insulated concrete form exterior wall by Fox Blocks and closed-cell spray foam insulation in the attic and rafters.
