Designer Steven Miller, whose design won the San Francisco Decorator Showcase, wins with his dramatic space for entertaining.
Miller used the dark hues that are in vogue for kitchens at the moment, such as using the Black and Silver Iridized Chrysalis tiles by Ann Sacks for the backsplash, as well as using dark finishes on the cabinetry and appliances.
