The Propane Education & Research Council provides training and support for propane micro combined heat and power systems, which are designed to maximize energy efficiency by simultaneously generating heat and power. Using propane as a fuel source, these systems eliminate energy losses associated with power plant distribution, resulting in higher energy savings and a lower carbon footprint.
