Realtor Hotness Index Maps Homebuyers’ Winter Cravings

Not a surprise, buyers crave sunny destinations.

The spring homebuying season starts early for balmy destinations such as Orlando, Miami, and Tampa in Florida.

Realtor’s Hotness Index measures which markets rank high as early-bird cities, and to no surprise, the top 20 markets have a “pleasant average combined January temperature of 51 degrees Fahrenheit,” compared to the 25 degres in the bottom 20 markets.
