The Wall Street Cheat Sheet says that some rental markets remain attractive for investors because of their impressive returns.
A new report from RealtyTrac shows that rental property in the United States posted an average annual return of 9.06 percent in the third quarter. Ranking 10th on the list of rental markets where investors or landlords can make great returns is Hernando County in the Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater area in Florida, where the annual gross rental yield is 17.29 percent. On top of the list is Rocky Mountain in Edgecombe County, North Carolina, where annual gross rental yield is 41.57 percent.
