Zero Energy Ready Home Development In North Carolina Opens First Home

Green Street Cottages recently opened the doors on the first five of 500 planned Zero Energy Ready Homes at the Villages at Cramerton Mills in Cramerton, N.C., near Charlotte. Every home in the mixed-use development will be a certified Department of Energy Zero Energy Ready Home. Phase I of the development includes 64 homes ranging from 1,800-3,500 sf.
