"No matter where you are in your career, surrounding yourself with like-minded women who get you and understand what you’re up against—there is no other support group in order to become your most successful self,” said F.H. Perry Builder president Allison Iantosca of the 2024 conference. Last year’s event in Phoenix hosted speakers such as Ginger Curtis from Urbanology Designs, Julie Hancock from Camelot Homes, Traci Sexton-Hall from Tri Pointe Homes, Morgan Molitor from Construction2style, Rebecca Lay from Mosby Building Arts, Cassi Hallam from System Pavers, and many more. Alaina Money-Garman of Garman Homes was awarded the annual Woman of the Year award at the 2024 conference for her years of dedication to building homes that serve a greater purpose, such as the Farm at Penny Lane, and charitable donations as part of Garman Homes’ Give Back initiative.
