Santiago Street Lofts is the first transit-oriented live/work loft community for California's Orange County. Built on a 4.3-acre infill lot, these lofts take advantage of the proximity to the Regional Transit Center and I-5 freeway. Meeting its main objective, this three-story building provides medium-priced housing for residents and small businesses. B-Occupancy allows each resident the ability to operate a commercial business from his or her home.

Santiago Street Lofts serves as a major gateway to downtown Santa Ana and the Artist Village. The first floor accommodates access for residents and clientele. The two top floors provide living area spaces above the groundfloor workspace.
