Pro Teck’s January Home Value Forecast listed six markets in Washington and California in its top 10 housing markets, Origination News reports.
The best performing real estate market for single-family homes was Bellingham, Wash., a city about 90 miles north of Seattle.
On the bottom end of the list, four Florida cities rank among the 10 worst housing markets. But when the foreclosure ratio is removed from the equation, these cities in Florida leave the bottom, replaced instead by rural areas with slower-moving real estate markets.
