In the hottest markets, sellers are seeing listings move between 29 and 49 days more quickly than in the rest of the country, Realtor.com Chief Economist Jonathan Smoke says.
These markets include seven metro areas in California, two in Colorado (Denver and Boulder), only one market in the Northeast (Boston), and two markets in Michigan (Detroit and Ann Arbor). On top of the list is Dallas.
