New Grip-Rite Coil Roofing Nailer Boasts Lighter Weight, Faster Speeds

PrimeSource Building Products has introduced a new Grip-Rite coil roofing nailer that maintains the original tool's price point while delivering enhanced speed, power, balance, and durability.

“The new Grip-Rite nailer is lower weight, more durable, and is now one of the fastest nail guns on the market,” said Drew Sundholm, director of collated and pneumatic fasteners for Grip-Rite. “This gun replaces a model that was already considered one of the best on the market. The Grip-Rite Coil Roofer also features tool-free depth-of-drive adjustment, a tar-resistant nose, a rotating metal belt hook, anti-skid grips, and a shingle placement guide. Its aluminum body and cap are designed to be both lightweight and sturdy.

The magazine accommodates 120 15-degree coil roofing nails from 7/8 inch to 1¾ inch. It operates at 70 to 120 psi and weighs 5.04 pounds.

The tool comes with a three-year warranty.
