Siding

ProVia provides a range of exterior cladding choices. The brand’s stone finishes blend aggregates, cement, iron oxides, and pigments for authentic looks, from rugged to smooth surfaces, with irregular cuts and edges. And its Super Polymer siding is formulated to ensure long-lasting, deep colors by reflecting heat away from exterior walls and deflecting damaging infrared solar rays that cause solar heat buildup and weathering, the company says.

Low-Profile HVAC

Mitsubishi Electric’s EZ Fit Ceiling Cassette recesses between ceiling joists for a flush-mount appearance. The slim-bodied design for use in multi- or single-zone HVAC systems fits into shallow ceiling cavities, the company says, making it a popular choice for room upgrades or new construction. High/low ceiling airflow settings and automatic vane control personalize room comfort. EZ Fit Cassettes are Energy Star–certified. Click for more info
