Deckorators’ Vault composite decking looks like wood but, the company says, is stronger and more stable than anything on the wood-alternative market today. According to Deckorators, Vault has the best strength-to-weight ratio in the industry and comes with a 25-year warranty against structural defects and staining and fading. Vault is designed to cut, drill, shape, and be fastened as easily as wood, yet it’s 35 percent lighter than WPC and similar in weight to PVC. Measuring 7/8 inch thick by 5½ inches wide, Vault boards come in Dusk (shown) and Mesquite color options, with slotted- or solid-edge profiles. Fascia is available in both Dusk, Mesquite, and White.
