First responder Laura Sanderson, a booking supervisor at the Davidson County Sheriff's Office, in Nashville, Tenn., is the recipient of a new roof donated by Bone Dry Roofing, Owens Corning, and the Nashville Sounds, a Minor League Baseball team. The generous gift included all labor and materials for the project and was awarded after Sanderson received numerous nominations for her hard work and selflessness as a single mother, Bone Dry Roofing said in a recent press release.

“We are thrilled to give back to our community by providing our roofing services to a first responder who gives so much of their own selfless time and skills to the Nashville area,” said Bone Dry Roofing’s Nashville Branch Manager, Wes Hayes. “For more than 30 years, giving back to our local communities has been at the cornerstone of what we do at Bone Dry, and we’re proud to be able to provide safety, security and peace of mind to someone so deserving.”

“I really appreciate Bone Dry Roofing for their giveaway and this opportunity,” Sanderson said, “I am truly blessed to be gifted with a new roof. Bone Dry Roofing’s staff is exceptional and the experience has been amazing.”
